A plan for every way of working.

Evo Assistant is the plan for people who work on their own: one subscription for one person, with credits included every month. You sign up at app.evolus.ai and activate it yourself, with a free trial: you register a card and when the trial ends the subscription starts, and you can cancel it. You pay monthly or yearly, upfront. Private individuals can buy it too, with their personal tax code: for them the price includes VAT. The Evo Assistant app is available on the App Store and Google Play. Agents, teams, the AI phone service and digital employees are in the business plans, which also include Evo Assistant.

In numbers: €19 a month or €190 a year, excluding VAT (€23.18 and €231.80 with VAT for private individuals). Every month includes 85,000 credits, annual billing too; top-ups cost €0.23 per 1,000 credits. The trial lasts 14 days or 50,000 credits, whichever comes first.

You pay in euros: the plan fee and any top-ups. Credits measure how much AI works: conversations, calls, documents read and automation steps that use AI each use some. Every plan includes a monthly amount of credits, already in the price. In the portal you always see your balance and a detailed breakdown of usage.

For example, Starter includes 260,000 credits a month, worth about €60.

No: you can buy a top-up without changing plan. The rate depends on the plan you have when you buy and goes down on the larger plans. Top-up credits are valid for twelve months from purchase and are used after the credits included in the month. If you later change plan, the credits you bought stay in your balance with their rate and expiry date.

Rates per 1,000 credits: Evo Assistant €0.23, Starter €0.23, Growth €0.22, Business €0.21, and Scale €0.20.

Features that use AI pause until next month's credits arrive or you top up; the rest of the service keeps working. Nothing is charged automatically for extra usage. Automations and scheduled tasks that use AI pause too, so it's worth keeping an eye on your balance in the portal.

Voice features, meaning calls and spoken conversations with agents, are counted by time: a fixed number of credits per minute, counted by the second, with no minimum per call; the value is published in the price list. Everything else, meaning AI models, reading documents, transcriptions and extractors, uses credits based on the real cost of the model or service used for that operation: the more powerful model tiers use more. The usage of every operation is visible in the portal.

Voice features use 1,200 credits per minute, that is 20 credits per second.

No, no plan includes it. You add it with a seat, paid monthly on top of the plan fee and available from the mid-range plans upwards; each plan has a maximum number of seats. A seat has no credits of its own: the digital employee uses the plan's credits. The AI phone service, on the other hand, comes with the very first business plan and works without digital employees too.

In numbers: a seat costs €99 a month and is available from the Growth plan. For example, Growth with one digital employee costs €298 a month, excluding VAT.

With annual billing you pay at the start, in one go, for twelve months of everything: plan, included credits and any seats. The discount applies to the platform share, not to the credits. There are no other fees during the year, and included credits still arrive every month: unused ones do not carry over. With Evo Assistant, annual billing is a single payment for twelve months.

The discount is 10%. For example, Starter goes from €79 to €77.10 a month, that is €925.20 paid upfront. Evo Assistant on annual billing costs €190 for twelve months: you save €38.

Yes, from the portal, whenever you like. Moving up gives you the new plan's features and credits. Moving down, there are no refunds for the period already paid, and resources beyond the new plan's limits are suspended, not deleted: you choose which ones stay active. Credits bought with top-ups keep their rate and expiry date.

All list prices exclude VAT. Only for Evo Assistant, if you buy it as a private individual with your personal tax code, we also show you the price with VAT.

No. You can set up Evolus yourself, with no setup costs. If you'd rather be guided, a certified Evolus expert helps you with goals, knowledge, integrations and testing: it's an optional service, quoted separately. Custom integrations and ongoing support are agreed separately.

Nothing, unless you ask. Your contract, features and the credits you've already bought stay as they are. If you want to move to the new pricing, we assess it together, starting from the features you use, your balance and the overall cost. Heavy usage alone does not force you to change plan.
