Evolus Studio
Don't ask AI. Put it to work.
EVO opens your day, your digital colleagues answer, an agent works in your projects and your automations run. All of Evolus, in an app for your computer.
You need an Evolus account with a business plan.See the plans
From asking to doing
AI shouldn't just answer. It should work. And ask your permission when it matters.
Evolus Studio brings AI to where your files and your tools are: your computer. You decide what it can do, one step at a time.
Today
Your day, on one screen.
Open Studio and EVO tells you what the day looks like: what is waiting for you, what is in progress, what your automations did.
- EVO's briefing doesn't use AI models and doesn't use credits.
- In “Waiting for you” you answer permissions, agent questions and notifications without opening the conversation.
- “While you were away” gathers finished conversations, automations that ran and requests your colleagues handled.
- “Ask EVO” is a single field: it opens a conversation in a project or writes to a colleague.
The agent
It works in your projects.
Pick a folder: code, but documents too. The agent reads, writes files and runs commands, and you see every step.
- Helpers that work in parallel, in the background too. Meanwhile, you can keep writing to the agent.
- Long commands move to the background instead of blocking everything.
- It remembers what you tell it or confirm, per organization and project. You can turn memory off.
- Several conversations side by side in the same window, with an archive to find them again.
Colleagues
Write to the ones who work for you.
Chat with your organization's agents and with digital employees, without opening the browser.
- Attach files up to 25 MB.
- Answers can include charts and maps.
- With digital employees, you see when they are at work.
- The answer keeps coming even if you switch screens.
Automations
Watch them run, step by step.
Your organization's automations become a flow: steps, branches, loops and the state of each one. You turn them on and off from Studio.
- For every run you see the outcome, the duration and the credits.
- You try them by dragging in real files.
- Before an email or a webhook goes out, Studio shows you what will really be sent.
- They are created and edited in the Evolus portal.
Connectors
Your tools are already connected.
Evolus is connected from the first launch: the agent uses the platform's tools right away. You add the rest.
- From the catalog: the organization installs a connector and everyone connects their own account.
- Your own MCP servers, local or remote, with values encrypted in the system keychain.
- Already have servers in Claude Code? Import them.
On Mac
On Mac, hands too.
On Mac, the agent uses your computer's apps for you and tests your apps in the iOS simulator. Nothing starts without your consent.
- Computer control is off until you turn it on.
- It asks for your OK app by app, never “always allow”.
- It can work in the background, without moving your mouse.
- When it works on your screen, Esc stops it at once.
- With Xcode, the agent tests your app in the iOS simulator, in a Studio panel. It asks for consent for each device.
It needs the macOS “Screen Recording” and “Accessibility” permissions.
Control and security
You decide what it does.
Studio works with your permission. You choose how much freedom to give it.
- Default
Ask first
It asks for your permission before changing files, running commands and calling connectors. Only reading inside the project folder doesn't ask. “Always allow” only applies to that project.
- Read only
Analysis only
It reads and explains, without touching anything. Studio guarantees it, not the model.
- Flagged in red
Bypass
It works without asking. It turns on only with your explicit confirmation and stays flagged in red while it is on.
Irreversible actions always ask.
Even if you chose “Always allow”: whatever can't be undone goes through your OK.
Do you trust this folder?
Before reading a project's instructions, Studio asks you.
Your sign-in stays safe
Your account tokens are encrypted with the system keychain and never leave the app's main process. The agent can't read them, not even in Bypass.
Signed software
The Mac app is signed and notarized by Apple. The Windows installer is signed. For Linux we publish the SHA-256 checksums of the files.
Models and credits
Models go through Evolus.
No keys to set up: Studio uses models through Evolus and spends your organization's plan credits, the same as everything else.
- The default model is fast and affordable. You choose the more powerful ones, depending on the plan.
- You see the status of your credits and, if you like, an estimate of what each turn costs.
- Web search is included and uses credits.
Pricing
Included from Starter.
From €79 a month.
Prices exclude VAT.
Evolus Studio is in all business plans, from Starter up. It isn't included in Evo Assistant, the plan for people who work on their own.
It uses the plan's credits, the same as everything else in Evolus.
Frequently asked questions
The right questions, before you download.
Which systems does it run on?
On Macs with Apple Silicon (.dmg file), on 64-bit Windows (.exe installer) and on Linux x86_64 (AppImage or .deb package).
Do I need an Evolus account?
Yes. You sign in with your Evolus account from the system browser and choose the organization: you can change it whenever you like. You need a plan that includes Studio, that is one of the business plans from Starter up. All roles in the organization can use it.
Does it use credits?
Yes: models go through Evolus and use your organization's plan credits. EVO's briefing in “Today” doesn't, because it doesn't use AI models. Web search uses credits. The Starter plan starts at €79 a month, excluding VAT.
What does it do without asking me?
With “Ask first”, the default mode, only reading inside the project folder: to change files, run commands or call a connector, it asks for your permission. With “Analysis only” it touches nothing. “Bypass” works without asking, but it turns on only with your explicit confirmation.
Which languages is the app in?
Italian and English. If your system is in another language, Studio shows English.
Does it update by itself?
On Mac and on Windows, yes: the app updates itself.
How do I check the file on Linux?
Compute the SHA-256 checksum of the downloaded file (for example with the sha256sum command) and compare it with the one in the “SHA-256 checksums” file, published next to the downloads.
Does it work on Macs with an Intel processor?
Not for now: the Mac version is for Apple Silicon only.
Download it. Give it the first task.
Evolus Studio is included in the business plans. Sign in with your Evolus account and start from “Today”.
