It lives on your phone, learns how you work, and does nothing on your behalf without asking you.
Your conversations, memories and meetings stay on your phone. To reply, content passes through the Evolus servers and the model provider, which don't keep it.
The rundown of your day
The morning briefing. In the evening, we wrap up.
When you open the app it tells you how your day looks: appointments, reminders, email and whatever is still pending. If you like, it reminds you at the time you choose.
- It reads your calendar, reminders and email from the sources you've connected.
- It writes it when you ask, or on its own the first time you open the app.
- In the evening it helps you wrap up the day.
Meetings
You record. It tells you what happened.
Record the meeting, even with the screen locked, or import an audio file. Evo recognises the voices, writes down who said what and prepares the summary: the decisions and what's up to you.
- Record up to three hours; you can add markers at the important moments.
- The participants' names help it recognise the voices and spell surnames correctly.
- The audio leaves your phone only once and is deleted from the servers after transcription.
Email, calendar, contacts
It gets it ready. It only goes with your yes.
Ask by voice or in writing: Evo searches your email, checks your calendar, finds a contact. When something needs to be sent, created or changed, it shows you what it's about to do and waits for your confirmation.
- Connect your mailboxes with IMAP: iCloud, Gmail and many others. The password stays in your phone's keychain.
- If your organisation uses Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, connect your account and it works there too.
- Your phone's calendar, reminders and contacts: it only uses them with the permissions you grant.
Memory
It learns how you work.
It remembers what you tell it and the rules you give it: “every time I ask you for X, do Y”. You can see, correct or delete every memory, whenever you like.
- Memories and rules stay on your phone, not on a server.
- It suggests a new rule in the chat: you save it only if you confirm.
- The more you use it, the less you have to repeat yourself.

A spoken conversation: you talk, Evo listens and answers out loud.
Voice messages
Record a message: Evo transcribes it and replies.
Siri and Shortcuts
On iPhone: “Hey Siri”, Shortcuts, Spotlight or the Action button. New voice chat, record meeting, today's briefing.
Share from other apps
A photo, a PDF, a voice note, a link: share it with Evo and choose whether to summarise it, analyse it or work out what you need to do.
Documents
Attach photos, PDFs and Word files: it reads them. And when needed it prepares Word, Excel and PDF documents for you.
On the web
It reads a page or searches online when the answer isn't in your own things.
Your data
Your things stay on your phone.

Conversations, memories, rules and meetings are kept in a store on your phone. They aren't synchronised with the Evolus servers.
Passing through, not kept
To reply, content passes through the Evolus servers, which don't save it, and through model providers that don't keep what they receive.
Nothing in your name without confirmation
Emails, events, reminders and contacts are sent or changed only after your yes.
You decide
Correct or delete memories from the app, switch off diagnostics whenever you like, delete your account at any time.

Who is Evo Assistant for?
For people who work on their own: professionals, consultants, tradespeople, owners of small businesses. It's a personal assistant for one person, on the phone.
Which phones does it work on?
Evo Assistant is available on iPhone and Android, on the App Store and Google Play. Siri and Shortcuts work on iPhone.
Does Evo send emails or create events on its own?
No. It reads and searches when you ask; to send an email or create an event, a reminder or a contact, it shows you what it's about to do and waits for your confirmation.
Where is my data?
